SHIPPING

When is my order shipped?

Order processing time is typically 1-3 business days with most orders shipping in 24 hours. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not business days. Shipping times may be slightly longer during peak holiday times. 

How long does it take for my order to get here?

Orders will arrive between 4-10 Business Days.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We use DHL e-commerce.

How can I track my order?

We will provide you a confirmation email with a link to track your order. 

What are the shipping rates?

U.S. Standard Shipping: $5.99 for the first pound and $1.50 for each additional pound in the order.  For example, a 15 ounce package ships for $5.99 to anywhere in the U.S. The cost for a 1lb 5 oz package would be $7.49.  
USPS Priority Mail: USPS commercial base rates plus $1.75 from postal code 55374
Canada Standard Shipping: $12 for the first lb. and $1.50 for each additional lb.
Where do you ship?

We ship exclusively to Canada and United States.

What are my payment options?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Additional Payment methods coming soon including e-transfer for Bulk Order. In addition, we process all purchases in USD currency.

How safe is it to order online?

How do I order a gift for someone?

When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.

RETURNS and EXCHANGE

SHIPPING

When is my order shipped?

We shipped 2-3 days after your order has been processed and verified.

How long does it take for my order to get here?

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into parts:

Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.  All orders are sent to the Supplier for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.  The Distribution Center and Postal Service process the orders, which takes an additional 2-4 days.
Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the Distribution Center to the destination.  International delivery usually takes about 7-14 Business Days. All Orders are shipped by E-PACKET.  After processing and leaving the Distribution Center,  items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can but varies from time to time.  If  you’ve been waiting more than the allotted  days for a package, feel free to contact us and we will find the problem.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We use China/US Post E-Packet, Lithuanian Post to keep shipping rates down. We compare carriers and these carriers are most efficient.

How can I track my order?

We will send tracking information to the email address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business day, please contact us via email. We will connect with the carrier on your behalf.

Where is my package?

Once you receive your tracking number via

email, the carrier updates their Dashboard 8-10 after the order has been shipped. Just visit us and log your tracking number on the TRACK YOUR ORDER link.

What are the shipping rates?

We offer FREE Shipping to Canada and US on General Merchandise.

Customs Fees

Each country varies in customs fees and it's something we can't actually gauge. Any additional fees have to be taken up with customs in your country.
